CTP signs 10,829 sq m lease agreement at CTPark Amsterdam City, the Netherlands

Savills has advised owner CTP on a 10,829 sq m lease agreement with new tenant Cirro Parcel in the modern and sustainable city hub CTPark Amsterdam City. The lease comprises c. 8,119 sq m of warehouse space, 620 sq m of office space and 2,090 sq m of mezzanine, making it the largest lease transaction so far within CTPark Amsterdam City. The strategic location of the hub, with access to the A10 and the North Sea Canal via a 360-meter quay, offers opportunities for sustainable urban distribution, both via electric vehicles over land and potentially by water.

The complex is entirely energy self-sufficient, powered by 13,000 solar panels and 10 wind turbines, with the generated energy being managed through advanced management systems. This has earned the facility a BREEAM Excellent certification and the highest possible energy performance rating: A+++++. Additionally, the site is equipped with various charging facilities for electric vehicles.

Maarten Bulstra, Associate Logistics & Industrial at Savills, says: “The arrival of Cirro Parcel at CTPark Amsterdam City underscores the strategic value of the logistics hub for companies seeking an ideal location for both inbound and last-mile logistics. The building's sustainable design enables Cirro Parcel to implement an optimal solution for its operations, which aligns perfectly with the philosophy of CTPark Amsterdam City.”
