Savills is continuing to expand its residential investment team in Germany and has strengthened its ranks with the addition of Arne Rüdebusch who joined on 1 January 2026.
As Director, Residential Capital Markets, he will support the further expansion of the business line and will be based in the Düsseldorf office. Rüdebusch reports to Marco Högl, who heads up Savills Residential Capital Markets division in Germany.
Rüdebusch has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and joins from property investment and project development company, Loosen & de Graaf, where he was Managing Director, responsible for transactions. Prior to that, the qualified architect and Master of Real Estate Management worked, among others, as Senior Team Leader, Residential Investment at JLL, Team Leader, Investment at Anteon, and Head of Investment at Engel & Völkers.
