At the beginning of February, Michał Chodecki, a manager with over 17 years in the commercial real estate sector, took the lead of the department specializing in comprehensive advisory services for leasing manufacturing, warehouse, and logistic properties. The new director is responsible for strategy and setting the direction for developing this business line, and building relationships with key clients.
Michał Chodecki is a recognized expert and manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and warehouse real estate. Utilizing his skills, he will lead a team that advises daily in the search and leasing of spaces for sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce. At Savills, he will represent key clients in strategic transactions. Within his department, he will also oversee and support advisory projects that include supply chain strategy and optimization, BTS/BTO project implementation, relocation recommendations, and negotiations with developers on key leasing transactions.
The department managed by Michał Chodecki provides services in all key areas related to the leasing of industrial and warehouse properties, and advisory services related to investment lands. Soon, a significant strengthening of the department is planned, which will allow for even better support of clients and further development of advisory services.

LONG-STANDING EXPERIENCE
For the last 17 years, Michał Chodecki has been active in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on technical advisory, business development, and managing complex warehouse and logistics projects. He began his career in 2008 at Bilfinger Tebodin, where he was involved in developing technical advisory services. Later, at Karmar S.A. (Bouygues), he coordinated industrial-type projects, since 2017 he has been associated with Panattoni, responsible for acquiring and structuring BTS projects for global leaders in logistics, manufacturing, and R&D sectors.
