HaskoningDHV Poland moves to North Gate

North Gate, a Class A office building in the northern part of Warsaw, has welcomed a new tenant. HaskoningDHV Poland has chosen to establish its offices in this modern building. The property owner was represented in the transaction by the advisory firm Savills.

HaskoningDHV Poland, a company providing specialized engineering, design, and consultancy services in project management and supervision, has leased 1,066 sq m of office space in the complex on Bonifraterska Street. Nearly one hundred experienced designers have moved to the new headquarters, located just 2 kilometers from their previous office. The decision by HaskoningDHV Poland to choose North Gate highlights the building's appeal to firms in the engineering and consulting sectors.

North Gate is an almost 90-meter high, Class A office building located at 17 Bonifraterska Street in Warsaw. It offers 29,000 sq m of office space, features a five-level parking lot for 310 vehicles, and has extensive facilities for cyclists, including lockers and showers on level -1. The office building holds a BREEAM In-Use certification at the Excellent level, confirming its highest environmental standards.
