Realterm has acquired a logistics Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) site in the Netherlands from M7 Real Estate for an undisclosed price. Situated at Bijsterhuizen 1134 in Nijmegen, the property spans a plot of approximately 22,510 sq m and includes 9,988 sq m of warehouse space and 3,543 sq m of office space. It features 16 loading docks, distributed along two sides.
Bijsterhuizen 1134 is strategically positioned within the Arnhem-Nijmegen corridor, just 18 kilometres from the German border. With access to four million consumers within a one-hour drive, it serves as an ideal final-mile delivery hub for both the Netherlands and Germany.
