Jakub Parys strengthens Savills Poland's Landlord Representation team

Jakub Parys has rejoined Savills to enhance advisory services for office property owners. As the new Associate Director in the team led by Daniel Czarnecki, he will focus on the commercialization of the office buildings for key clients, ensuring optimal use of their potential, increasing the value of properties, and improving profitability.

Jakub Parys is a recognized and experienced manager with over 12 years of expertise in the commercial real estate market. Previously, he was part of Savills for over five years (from 2014 to 2019), specializing in representing investment funds and developers in leasing office space. He advised on office transactions in prestigious Warsaw properties, including the IBC International Business Center, North Gate, and the Ethos complex at Plac Trzech Krzyży.

In his new role, Jakub will focus on landlord representation, implementing leasing strategies for office spaces in prime locations, advising on leasing processes, and negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements.

Over the past five years, Jakub Parys has been responsible for the commercialization and re-commercialization of key office projects at CPI Property Group and GTC, where he coordinated leasing activities in office buildings in Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, and Łódź. Most recently, he focused on advisory and leasing strategy implementation in major office complexes in Warsaw, including Park Postępu in Mokotów, Eurocentrum Office Complex on Aleje Jerozolimskie, and the IO-1 building on Puławska Street.
