Savills has announced a significant strengthening of its Landlord Representation team within the office space department by welcoming Kamila Bartosik-Budecka and Michał Porzycki. The two experienced consultants bring knowledge and skills that will help property owners better tailor their leasing strategies to a changing environment and respond more quickly to tenant needs, increasing the attractiveness of their buildings on the market.
Kamila Bartosik-Budecka, taking on the role of Associate, has been gaining experience in the real estate sector since 2015, advising companies such as Immofinanz/CPIPG, Solida Capital, and GLL Real Estate. At Savills, she will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, attracting tenants, and coordinating marketing efforts for property owners, helping them maximize the value of their portfolios.
Michał Porzycki, returning to Savills as an Associate, has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Having previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, and Hamilton International, he has advised on office space leasing transactions totaling nearly 120,000 sqm. At Savills, he will support owners in leasing processes, contributing to increasing the value and profitability of buildings.
