VidaCura GmbH, a leading group of independent and managed operators of inpatient care facilities and senior residences in Germany, has taken over two inpatient care facilities in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, with the acquisition of the Nordkirchen Group.
The retirement homes Witten-Stockum in Witten and St. Mauritius in Nordkirchen offer a total of 171 residential care places in single rooms as well as 15 solitary short-term care places. As part of the transaction, Savills was engaged to prepare the technical reports and advised the buyer.
