Generali Real Estate S.p.A. (“Generali”) and Savills have signed a property management contract whereby Savills will manage 55 Generali properties spread across Germany with a unique innovative concept. In what will be the start of a new era for property management in Europe’s biggest economy, this will include a tenant-focused approach with a distinctive organisational model and flexible IT solution that will provide data driven results. The portfolio comprises ca. 475,000 sq m of lettable space and includes offices, residential properties, retail assets and hotels located in the main cities in Germany.
The contract will start on 1 January 2025. The key person responsible for the according portfolio at Generali Real Estate is Torsten Butz. The senior account leads at Savills are Sebastian Karban and Xenia Donner.
