As of November 2023, Sven Aengenvoort has joined Savills as Head of Landlord Services for Germany. Based in the company’s Duesseldorf office, he will grow the service line at a national level including supporting building owners in the conceptualisation, planning and repositioning of commercial properties.
In particular, the team will develop strategies for marketing and letting properties, and portfolio optimisation, ESG consulting, architectural services and property management.

Sven Aengenvoort has more than 23 years of experience in the property industry. Most recently, he was Lead Director Landlord Representation at JLL where he worked for 13 years and was instrumental in establishing the division. Prior to this, he managed the letting office of HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung GmbH in Duesseldorf as well as working at Catella Property Advisors and BNP.
