Aldesa is an international subsidiary of the Spanish construction company Grupo Aldesa, which was founded in Madrid in 1969. It has been present in Poland since 2007 as a general contractor providing services for the industrial, energy, construction, road and rail industries, as well as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and broadband networks.
Aldesa will move its office from the 3rd floor of myhive Mokotów Two to the 10th floor of myhive Mokotów One. It also decided to expand its office occupancy by taking nearly 200 sq m more. The tenant was advised on the transaction by international real estate advisory firm Savills.
