AMST residential project in Amsterdam completed

Construction of the AMST project in Amsterdam has now been completed, with the keys officially handed over to the owner Union Investment by MRP, the project's developer.

AMST comprises 252 residential units spread across two impressive buildings, of which  80% are for medium-rent housing. This project has helped to address the need for affordable middle-income housing and has also contributed to the sustainable development of the city of Amsterdam.

AMST was designed by VenhoevenCS architecture+urbanism and realised by Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling B.V. Drees & Sommer Netherlands oversaw the project management for the developer.

Savills, as a leading international real estate advisor, played a key role in the successful completion of the AMST project as development advisor-partner for Union Investment. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Savills oversaw the development process and planning, ensuring the highest quality standards were met throughout.

The first residents of the mid-rent flats have now received the keys from letting agent and property manager FRIS | Real People.
