Triple Properties S.à.r.l signs new lease agreement at Kuiperbergweg 50 in Amsterdam

Triple Properties S.à.r.l has signed a lease agreement with Working Talent B.V. at Kuiperbergweg 50 in Amsterdam, comprising 864 sq m of office space.

Tenant Working Talent B.V. offers IT-traineeships that help develop skills needed for the labour market. The company used to be located in Oostzaan but recently decided to move their headquarters to the Dutch capital. The lease agreement includes turn-key office space, which will partially be used to facilitate training programmes. In addition, the agreement covers 35 parking spaces, including several parking spaces for electric cars.

Jim van den Brink, Senior Consultant Leasing at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The building at the Kuiperbergweg 50 and its surroundings were recently renovated. As well as modern office space, the property has an energy label A, which exceeds the minimum requirement of energy label C for office buildings in the Netherlands. The Kuiperbergweg is easily accessible as it is situated next to the highway exit S111, the junction between the A2 and A9, and metro and train stations Bullewijk and Holendrecht. These stations provide direct access to Amsterdam and Utrecht Central station.”

Savills acted on behalf of landlord Triple Properties S.à.r.l. during the formation of the lease agreement. 1530 Real Estate advised tenant Working Talent.
