La Française Real Estate Managers extends two lease agreements at Danzigerkade 16 in Amsterdam

La Française Real Estate Managers, acting on behalf of a collective of three real estate investment vehicles, has extended two lease agreements at Danzigerkade 16 in Amsterdam. Tenants Europe Watch Group B.V. and Polaroid International B.V. have recommitted themselves to the office building. Upon the signing of these leases, the building is fully let.

Europe Watch Group has been a tenant in the office building at Danzigerkade since 2018, and leases 629 sq m lfa office space. Polaroid has been renting 1,111 sq m since - 2019, which is now being expanded to 1,589 sq m.

The office building has an A++ energy label and is located on the waterside in the Houthavens. The building is characterised by its modern industrial look, high ceilings and large open windows. This provides a beautiful view over the IJ and the Minervahaven. Unique is the private balcony facing south. These elements ensure that Danzigerkade is a very nice place to work.

Tim Boeters, Co-Head Leasing Amsterdam at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “Occupier interest in the Houthavens area has not diminished in recent years, while the office stock has remained limited. Therefore, we are very pleased we could accommodate Polaroid’s future growth within the building. EWG and Polaroid are strong tenants, and we are pleased that they have recommitted themselves to the Danzigerkade 16 for the long-term.”

Savills advised La Française Real Estate Managers on the renegotiations. Polaroid International B.V. was advised by Solved Nederland B.V., onderdeel van de Franse Parella Group.
