This development by Eaglestone, and designed by the architects from Assar Universum Architects firm, will be an elegant and uncluttered office building of 4.780 m².

The works started in 2022 will be completed by end 2023.

Located strategically along the Route d’Esch and easily accessible from the city centre, the PRISM building offers a great visibility for its future tenants and will be closed to the tram terminus at Cloche d’Or.
