Total Specific Hosting has signed a lease agreement in the Cuserpark offices, located at De Cuserstraat 89 in Amsterdam. The lease agreement comprises 450 sq m of office space.

Founded in 2016 by Strikwerda Investments, TSH has the resources and experience to invest in ambitious vertically oriented ICT and MSP companies. Earlier in 2022, Total Webhosting Solutions (TWS), also part of the holding company Strikwerda Investments, settled in building 89 of Cuserpark.

Justin Kruseman Aretz, Leasing consultant at Savills in the Netherlands, explains: “Cuserpark is a very high-quality office park development, comprising 5 office villas. What attracts tenants is that this office building is located approximately 5 minutes from the South Axis on the one hand, and is within walking distance of the Amsterdamsebos on the other. Various facilities can be found at Cuserpark, such as meeting rooms, full-serviced office units and flexible workplaces. After this transaction, 1,753 sq m is still available for a single-tenant user at Cuserpark 85 and approx. 800 sq m divided over Cuserpark 89 and 91.”
