Milan, 11 January 2023 – Savills is further expanding its offering in Italy with the launch of an Office Leasing and Tenant Representation division. New hires Marcello Maione and Paolo De Lorenzis, who join as Associate Director and Associate, respectively, will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Angus Potterton. The team is expected to grow further in 2023.

Maione and De Lorenzis both have over ten years of experience in the real estate sector, having previously worked for international real estate consultancy firms, most recently as Directors in the Office Leasing department of JLL.

“The office rental market in Milan will remain dynamic in 2023,” say Marcello Maione and Paolo De Lorenzis. “In particular, demand will focus more on Grade A products, in line with ESG policies, and the need for corporate flexibility in areas accessible by public transport. We are very happy to be joining Savills and to be able to contribute to its expansion in Italy, making our knowledge and enthusiasm available to the company and customers.”
