DSM Netherlands B.V. has sold business space located at Eisterweg 4 in Heerlen to Matrix Vastgoed B.V.

The asset comprises 1,600 sq m GFA and 12 parking spaces located on 7,415 sq m of land. The business space is leased to the company W.L. Gore, which is known, among other things, for the production of Goretex fabric for wind and rain-resistant clothing.

Alexander Kimmel, Associate Director MidCap Investment at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “We were able to close this sale just before year end. We are very pleased that we have once again been able to successfully close a sale for our client DSM.”
