Bryant Park Netherlands Acquisition I B.V. has signed a new lease agreement with Invue Security Products B.V. for 427 sq m of office space in the Zuidtoren, located at Taurusavenue 1-41 in Hoofddorp.
Invue Security Products creates innovative merchandising, security and IoT solutions for large organizations.
Jim van den Brink, Leasing Consultant at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The Zuidtoren office building has a very strategic location right next to the train station, the A4 highway and just a stone’s throw from Schiphol international airport. The building has been renovated very recently, adding many high-quality facilities such as several meeting rooms, a barista, showers and lunch catering. Partly due to these facilities within the Zuidtoren and the range of turnkey floors, we were able to attract Invue to Zuidtoren.”
