SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fundhas purchased an office building, located at Beechavenue 30-50 on the Schiphol-Rijk business park, from Magnus Vastgoed II B.V. The office comprises 3,765 sq m of lettable floor area and has 110 parking spaces.
The multi-tenant office building was built in 2009, and has an energy label B. It is fully let to tenants such as Close Contact, AIT International, Salesrecruiters, Blackbear, Pas Diamonds, Munckhof Travel, Intradata and Time Matters.
