Law firm JDP is increasing the space of its Warsaw office in North Gate to 1550 sqm. The tenant was assisted in the transaction by JLL Polska, a leading real estate advisor in Poland. In the negotiations, the 94-metre North Gate office building, located at 17 Bonifraterska St, in the very centre of Warsaw, was represented by Savills, which is the exclusive office space leasing advisor for the building.
