Leading international investment bank Haitong Group has prolonged its office space lease in the Lumen office building owned and managed by Globalworth. The office of almost 1,200 sqm is to be remodelled by Globalworth’s Workspaces department.

During the lease renegotiations, Haitong Group received comprehensive support from Savills, whose advice included complete commercial support and also supervision and management of the office space rearrangement project.

New circumstances require office space to be planned for the future and space should be adapted to so that it is safe and secure and also environmentally sustainable.
