Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has signed a new lease agreement with the American asset management company Capital International Management Company S.à.r.l. in UN Studio, located at Parnassusweg 801-843. The long-term lease comprises approximately 550 sq m.
Savills advised Union Investment Real Estate RmbH with the renewal of the lease at UN Studio. Capital International Management Company S.à.r.l. was been advised by CBRE.
Capital Group is one of the largest and most experienced investment management companies in the world.
