A logistics complex, located at Dirk Hartogweg 8 in Venlo, the Netherlands, has been leased to Nunner Logistics on a long-term basis on behalf of Tristan Capital Partners and ARC Real Estate Partners. They will handle logistics services on behalf of Lidl from this location.
The agreement comprises approximately 28,901 sq m of business space. The complex is part of the Trade Port business park in Venlo near the motorways A67 and A73.
