What Design Can Do leases office at Tweede Kostverlorenkade 132 in Amsterdam

Savills has supported What Design Can Do (WDCD) in their search for a new, suitable office space. They have set their eyes on an office space of approximately 210 sq m at Tweede Kostverlorenkade 132 in Amsterdam.

WDCD is an international organisation that seeks to accelerate the transition to a sustainable, fair and just society using the power of design. WDCD aims to showcase, stimulate and harness the power of design as a tool for social innovation.

Caroline van Duren, Tenant Representation Consultant at Savills in the Netherlands says: "The Tenant Representation team had the pleasure of working with WDCD in their search for a suitable space. We are delighted to have been able to contribute to finding a place which allows for fresh creative ideas to emerge, leading to a more sustainable society."

Savills provided What Design Can Do with commercial advice on a pro bono basis. The owner was supported by Van Maarschalkerwaart Makelaardij.
