Cabot Properties, Inc. (Cabot) has agreed a sale and leaseback deal on a warehouse, located at Havenweg 16 in Weert, the Netherlands, for an undisclosed price. The warehouse is leased by logistics service provider Logistic Centre Weert B.V..
Cabot was advised by Savills (commercial), Buren Legal (legal) and Arcadis (technical) during the acquisition process.
The logistics premises comprises approximately 12,112 sq m, of which c. 6,490 sq m is new build and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023. The complex is located on a 19,716 sq m plot.
