Cabot was advised by Savills (commercial), Buren Legal (legal) and Arcadis (technical) during the acquisition process.
The logistics premises comprises approximately 12,112 sq m, of which c. 6,490 sq m is new build and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023. The complex is located on a 19,716 sq m plot.
