The Dutch Savills Research & Consultancy team is expanding with the arrival of Rick van Zwet who joins as an Associate Director with immediate effect and will be based in the firm’s Amsterdam office. Rick will focus on further expanding the strategic consultancy service line.
Having worked as a researcher and consultant in the Dutch real estate market for over ten years, Rick specialises in conducting quantitative and qualitative in-depth data-driven analyses. Furthermore, before joining Savills, he worked at the Economisch Instituut voor de Bouw and Dynamis, where he served a broad client base providing them with strategic and policy advice.
