HR consultancy Adecco has signed up to join the tenants of Okrąglak in Poznań. The landlord of the office building was represented during the lease transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills.
The company will occupy close 350 sq m on the second floor of the building.
Adecco is one of the world’s leading human resources advisory and recruitment agencies. It provides talent solutions and assistance in permanent and temporary staffing. Adecco has been present in Poland for over 20 years and has a network of offices throughout the country.
“Wielkopolska province and Poznań is one of our key markets in Poland. The city is very attractive to businesses and we wanted our new office there to be modern and friendly to our clients and candidates. We found such space in Okrąglak, which is recognised as an architectural icon and business showpiece of the city,” says Wojciech Januszkiewicz, head of the Adecco office in Poznań.

It is the finest example of Polish modernism and, together with the neighbouring Kwadraciak building, is under the supervision of a conservation officer. The properties are owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. Savills is the sole leasing agent for office space in Okrąglak. The building still has ready-to-occupy office space.
