NedAir Freight B.V. has sold the Copernicusstraat 7 distribution centre in Weert, the Netherlands, to Europa Capital for an undisclosed price. The asset has a total leasable area of 15,000 sq m.
Seller NedAir Freight B.V. was assisted by Savills (commercially) and Bird & Bird LLP (legally) during this off-market transaction. Buyer Europa Capital was advised by ARC Real Estate Partners (commercially) and Dentons Europe LLP (legally).

With the sale of this property we have assisted the seller full circle. We acquired the building with Nedair Freight B.V. in 2019, were appointed as property management on behalf of the seller behalf and now we have successfully sold the property”.
