AG Cairn Zutphen B.V. has sold home furniture store Eijerkamp, at Gerritsenweg 11 in Zutphen, the Netherlands, to KFH Vastgoed B.V. for an undisclosed amount. The transaction comprises a total of 32,941 sq m GLA.
Living, sleeping and design are the key themes at Eijerkamp. With over 150 brands divided over the various interior design departments, Eijerkamp caters to a wide range of styles and tastes; from rural to industrial or a more contemporary style.

With many popular stores and residential development projects close by, the location is strategically interesting.

Savills advised seller AG Cairn Zutphen B.V. during the transaction in cooperation with McDevitt. Buyer KFH Vastgoed B.V. represented its own interests.
