Directors Ellen Waals and Martijn Onderstal have joined Savills management team (MT) in the Netherlands where they will represent the agency and valuation departments, respectively. As a result, all divisions within Savills are now involved in the strategy of the Dutch branch. In addition to their new roles, both will continue to serve as department heads.
Ellen Waals started her career at Savills, and returned in 2020 as Head of Agency. In this role she manages the Dutch Leasing, Tenant Representation and MidCap Investments team, including the platform for flexible office space - Workthere. Martijn Onderstal has been Head of the Valuation department since 2017. Both are already part of the Business Strategy Team within Savills, and their fresh look at Savills future has proved invaluable to the MT.
