Dream Advisors buys warehouse in Wijchen, the Netherlands

Dream Advisors has acquired a modern logistics warehouse in Wijchen/Nijmegen from LCN Capital Partners. The property was built in 2016 and comprises a modern logistics building of approximately 13,633 sq m that serves as the EMEA headquarters and distribution centre of Briggs & Stratton.

The warehouse is located at business park Bijsterhuizen in Wijchen. The park is strategically located between the Randstad area and the German Rhine-Ruhr area. Wijchen/ Nijmegen benefits from good accessibility via motorways A50 and A73 and is considered an excellent location for logistics.

Douglas van Oers, co-head of Logistics & Industrial at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “With the acquisition of the Briggs & Stratton DC in Wijchen, Dream Advisors has once again added a high-quality logistics complex to its portfolio, located in one of the strongest logistics submarkets in the Netherlands. We are pleased to have been able to advise Dream commercially on this attractive off-market purchase, which brings the total AUM in Dream's European portfolio up to 100.”

Dream Advisors was advised by Savills (commercial), BBN (technical) and Greenberg Traurig, LLP (legal). LCN Capital Partners was advised by Houthoff (legal), Drees & Sommer Netherlands (technical) and Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands (commercial).
