HANSAINVEST signs new lease agreement for their warehouse in Den Hoorn, the Netherlands

HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH has signed a new lease agreement at Westernesse 12-14 in Den Hoorn, the Netherlands.

De Jong Verpakking B.V., a specialist in corrugated packaging for industry and fruit and vegetables, has signed a new lease agreement which comprises 15,500 sq m of floor space, of which approximately 14,437 sq m of logistics space, 249 sq m of office space and 797 sq m of mezzanine space. As a result the warehouse is fully let.

Marc Albinus, Associate Logistics & Industrial at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “As a result of the growth in e-commerce De Jong Verpakking B.V. was urgently looking for a warehouse – close to their current location – to expand their activities. We are glad to have been able to facilitate De Jong Verpakking in this search on behalf of our client HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH – particularly due to the scarcity of product."

Savills advised HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment GmbH on this transaction and is also responsible for the property management of the premises.
