SynVest acquires Vaanpark II in Barendrecht, the Netherlands

SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fund has acquired its 34th property. It concerns two buildings on Trondheim 1-24 in Barendrecht acquired from IMP Vastgoedmanagement. The total transaction comprises 8,641 sq m GLA, divided into 7,054 sq m GLA of office space and 1,587 sq m GLA of warehouse space, and 175 parking spaces.

Patrick Oudshoorn, Investment Manager at SynVest: "With this transaction we once again add two high-quality buildings to our Dutch portfolio. The combination of an office building and industrial asset contributes to a healthy mix within the SynVest Dutch RealEstate Fund."

Sander van den Engel, Associate Director MidCap Investments at Savills Netherlands, commented: "The high quality multi-tenant business building Vaanpark II is easily accessible via the A16 and A29 motorways, and is located near the port of Rotterdam. The building has a mix of users and is currently leased to multiple parties, including KGH Customs Services, De Poli Tankers and Dudok Patisserie."

SynVest was comercially advised by Savills and legally assisted by VAD Notarissen from Rotterdam. Seller IMP Vastgoedmanagement was advised by De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting.
