Oasis Group sells three logistics complexes through a sale-and-leaseback construction

OASIS Group has completed the sale of two logistics buildings in the Netherlands and the sale of a company owning a logistic building in Belgium – covering a total of 44,311 sq m – to a UK single family office.

The buildings are located at Handelsweg 13 in Tynaarlo, Purmerweg 12 in Almere and Slachthuisstraat 25 in Turnhout, Belgium. The distribution centre at Handelsweg 13, built in 1993, comprises 6,293 sq m and has energy label B. The second complex of 9,380 sq m at Purmerweg 12 was built in 2000 and has energy label A. The third complex located in Belgium comprises 28,637 sq m.

OASIS Group is the largest privately-owned Information Management provider in Europe. The Netherlands based storage company was established in Dublin, Ireland, has since expanded to 6 European countries, servicing over 11,500 clients. Brands within OASIS Group include OASIS, ArchiDoc and Niche Health.

Niek Poppelaars, Co-Head of Logistics & Industrial at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "Following the logistics property market, the Dutch and Belgian industrial markets are in full swing. OASIS Group were commercially advised by Savills and legally by Nysingh and MVVP. The UK based single family office was advised by Opal Partners, Epac Property Counselors, and legally by Greenberg Traurig and Liedekerke. Epac Property Counselors will manage the properties on behalf of the UK based single family office.
