KKR-MIRASTAR has signed two new lease agreements at 2665 Laan van Mathenesse in Bleiswijk, better known as Bleizo Logistics Centre, in the Netherlands. In total, the lease agreements comprise 50,000 sq m of floor space, with which the BREEAM Very Good certified warehouse is now fully let.

Dynalogic Benelux signed for approximately 23,308 sq m of logistics space, 1,279 sq m of office space and 1,921 sq m of mezzanine space. The full-service delivery specialist states that the DC in Bleiswijk fits in with the growth and sustainability strategy of the company, which has been part of the Belgian Bpost since 2017.

FOX Global Logistics leased 19,057 sq m of logistics space, 1,111 sq m of office space and 1,769 sq m of mezzanine space. FOX Global originated in the Netherlands and provides a wide range of logistics services and solutions all over the world. This distribution center offers the space to facilitate current and future growth. This new location marks the third DC in the Rotterdam Bleiswijk line for FOX.

This is also due to its proximity to the Randstad, the four largest Dutch cities.”

Savills and De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting advised KKR-MIRASTAR on both transactions. Palazzo architects designed the warehouse and Cordeel carried out the construction works.
