Mondi Polska moves into Andersia Tower

Andersia Tower in Poznań has signed up a new tenant: Mondi Polska, a recruitment consultancy. The firm will take approximately 600 sq m on the 16th floor. Real estate advisory firm Savills advised on the transaction.

Mondi is a German-based HR company. It has been present in Poland since 2011, actively supporting both employers in employee recruitment and job seekers in securing employment in Germany.

“Andersia Tower is one of the most iconic high-rise buildings in Poznań and a showpiece of the city. Its tenants include many leading international companies. Last year the building saw its communal areas and reception lobby fully refurbished. Mondi Polska also appreciates its prime location in close proximity to the Stary Browar shopping centre and the Old Market Square. The tenant’s floor offers a spectacular view of the city centre,” says Piotr Skuza, Associate Director, Regional Manager, Savills Poznań.

“2021 marked the 10-year anniversary of Mondi Polska. That special moment in our company’s history inspired us to make some bold and landmark decisions such as to rebrand ourselves and to move office. We chose to lease space in Andersia Tower as it provides, among other things, unique fit-out options and boasts a prime location and numerous amenities. Our mission is to create an ideal partnership of people and companies. I am confident that Andersia Tower will be a perfect location to carry on with it over the coming years,” says Rafał Mroziewski, President of Mondi Polska.

Andersia Tower is an office and retail complex offering approximately 10,000 sq m of modern office space in the business centre of Poznań, Andersa Square. It has 20 above ground storeys and features a gym for tenants on its top floor.
