Savills has advised Abrdn on the purchase of one of the largest logistics platforms on the market, from Palm Capital and Davidson Kemper.
The logistics buildings total 112,000 sqm on the Los Gavilanes park, which is strategically located in Getafe, in the southern district of Madrid. The platform is set to be occupied by operators including Amazon, Carrefour, Arrival, MCR and Talentum.
The project will further include the development of eight buildings ranging in size from 5,000 to 32,000 sq m with LEED Gold and Silver sustainability certification.
