CORUM AM acquires two high-quality office buildings in Utrecht, the Netherlands

CORUM AM has acquired two high-quality office pavilions in Utrecht from Maarsen Groep. The buildings, Triple Q1 and Triple Q2, are located at Hondiuslaan 102 and Janssoniuslaan 51.

The office buildings, developed by Maarsen Group and completed in 2012 and 2020, are part of Businesspark Papendorp. The transaction involves 75 parking spaces 5,700 sq m GLA of office space, of which Triple Q1 comprises of approximately 2,400 sq m and Triple Q2 of approximately 3,300 sq m. These two contemporary and highly sustainable office buildings, designed by Vera Yanovshtchinsky Architects, are connected by a glass walkway and leased on a long-term basis to consulting technology firm IG&H.
