Mokotowska square signs up new tenants

Harvey Nash and Westinghouse Electric Company have joined the tenants of Mokotowska Square, an office building in Warsaw. The landlord was advised on both transactions by real estate advisory firm Savills, the leasing agent on the property.

Harvey Nash is a global technology recruitment organisation. It has been present in Poland since 2013. The tenant will take 470 sq m of office space, adapted to hybrid work requirements and enabling Harvey Nash to continue its brisk expansion in Poland. Harvey Nash was represented during the transaction by Cresa.

Westinghouse Electric Company is an American company specialising in the production, maintenance and service of nuclear power equipment. It leased 212 sq m on the second floor of the building and was represented during the transaction by JLL.

“We are pleased to announce new leases for office space in Mokotowska Square. The building attracts strong occupier interest thanks to its prestigious location. The planned refurbishment of its reception area and communal areas will soon add to its appeal. The building currently has two vacant units available for immediate occupation,” says Agnieszka Węgrzyńska, Associate, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.

Mokotowska Square is a class A office building in central Warsaw offering 8,500 sq m of leasable office space and 1,100 sq m of retail space. It was completed by Yareal Polska in 2011. Savills is the exclusive leasing agent on the scheme.
