TCL Research Europe and NES Fircroft the new tenants of Grzybowska Park

Two new companies have joined the tenants of the Grzybowska Park office building: Nes Fircroft and TCL Research Europe. Savills, a real estate advisory firm, represented the landlord in the lease transactions.

TCL Research Europe is a research and development company dedicated to creating new technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and big data. The corporation implements its proprietary solutions in TCL Group’s global products, such as TVs, smartphones, and home appliances. TCL Research Europe leased approx. 750 sq m on the fifth floor on the Grzybowska Park building. Savills advised the tenant in the transaction.

NES Fircroft is an international recruitment company that specializes in sourcing candidates for technical industries such as: oil and gas, manufacturing, IT, pharmaceuticals, construction and real estate, as well as energy. In 2020 NES Global Talent merged with Fircroft Group to become the world’s largest recruiter of engineering personnel. The company will occupy approximately 300 sq m of space on the first floor of Grzybowska Park. NES Fircroft was advised in the office selection process by Colliers.

Grzybowska Park is a modern, boutique office building located in the centre of Warsaw, at Grzybowska 5a. It offers 10,370 sq m of modern office space. There is currently more than 4,700 sq m available for lease with modules starting from 300 sq m The property has recently been completely refurbished. Renovation of the common areas was completed in December 2020. The modernization included the reception area, elevator lobby, and restrooms on each floor. As part of the amenities for tenants, showers for cyclists were installed and the greenery around the building was redesigned. In addition, the HVAC system is also being upgraded in the newly arranged office space to increase work comfort.
