Dudok Groep signs a new lease agreement with LGI Netherlands

Dudok Groep and LGI Netherlands have signed a new lease agreement that has seen LGI Netherlands take approximately 10,000 sq m of logistics space at Distripark Dordrecht business park, the Netherlands. Dudok was advised by Savills and De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting (commercially), and Houthoff (legally).

LGI Netherlands BV is part of the Swedish Elanders Group, a global vendor of supply chain management, print & packaging and e-commerce products, which employs nearly 5,000 people worldwide. LGI already has two large distribution centres in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, from which it supplies the European B2B and B2C market. Its new warehouse will deliver end products and spare parts for various companies in the Middle East and Asia.

Niek Poppelaars, Co-Head of Logistics & Industrial at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The innovative and sustainable nature of the new business park makes it an attractive location for companies like LGI Netherlands. It’s a dynamic area with lots of green space, situated at an excellent location along the A16 motorway with a reach of over 1.3 million people within 30 minutes by car."

The multifunctional warehouse is currently being developed by Dudok Groep, an investor and developer active in the greater Rotterdam and Brabant region.
