Edmond de Rothschild REIM sells industrial asset in The Hague to Dutch institutional investment fund

Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) has sold an industrial asset at Linge 2 in The Hague,  the Netherlands, to a Dutch institutional investment fund.

Linge 2 is an industrial complex with a total LFA of approximately 12,672 sq m. The property was constructed in 1993 and is located on the Forepark business park, a modern business park near the Prins Clausplein between the A4, A13 and A12. The complex is leased to Sligro long-term. Other users in the area include De Persgroep Nederland, PostNL and car dealers of the various well-known brands BMW, Mercedes, Saab and Volkswagen / Audi.

Sligro is part of the Sligro Food Group, which is listed on the NYSE Euronext in Amsterdam. Sligro Food Group serves consumers directly and indirectly with a comprehensive range of food and non-food products and services.
