Logistics Sun II B.V. has signed a long-term lease agreement with U-Stal, who create work experience and employment for the long-term unemployed, at 112 Floridadreef in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
The lease comprises 600 sq m of offices space and 280 sq m of logistics space.
Oscar Vonken, Senior Consultant Agency at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The combination of office and logistics space makes this a suitable location for U-Stal’s activities in and around Utrecht. The property is strategically located with excellent motorway access to the A2 and A27 and is part of business park Nieuw Overvecht where well-known companies such as Jumbo, Gamma and Leen Bakker are based.”
