Vectura has sold the Grand Hôtel Stockholm to FAM AB for approximately SEK 3.6 billion (approximately €356 million). Savills advised the buyer.
The sale of the 28,842 sq m property at Blasieholmen 54 is expected to complete during the second quarter of 2021.
