CONREN Land AG has acquired the UTO-Hof office and commercial building in Frankfurt.  The eight-story property comprises a total rental area of approximately 6,700 sq m and is located at Baseler Straße 35-37, in close proximity to the city’s central station. It currently offers office, retail and warehouse space and the anchor tenant is the Jobcenter Frankfurt, while other tenants include the IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung, one of Germany's largest training providers, as well as the law firm solegis Rechtsanwälte.

"The UTO-Hof is not only extremely appealing as an asset due to its location, but also due to its blue chip tenants. In addition, various project developments in close proximity ensure a long-term increase in value", says Jan Stadelmann, Head of Frankfurt Office at Savills.

The seller is a private investor represented by ANTAN Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG. All parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Savills acted as advisor to the seller during the entire sale process.
