Real estate investor Real I.S. Nederland has signed two long-term lease agreements with current tenants YGroup and GWK Travelex at Entree 11-97, better known as the Alpha Tower, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Consultancy firm YGroup has resided in the Alpha Tower since 2013 and has signed a new lease for approximately 900 sq m of office space, and 8 parking spaces. YGroup now leases a total of 2,700 sq m of office space, spread over the seventh, eighth and ninth floors of the high quality office building, with 25 parking spaces in the underground car park.
Furthermore, a new lease for 300 sq m on the nineteenth floor was agreed with financial services company GWK Travelex, which has occupied the Alpha Tower since 2016.
