The lease comprises 3,300 sq m of business space.
The tenant, Bouldermuur, is an operator of climbing walls and bouldering and will transform the leased space into a bouldering hall.
Bas Sijbom, Senior Consultant Leasing at Savills in the Netherlands, explains: “The combination of the industrial creative look and the height of 4.7 meters to 7.5 meters makes this an perfectly suitable location for the new tenant. Our early involvement in the process ensured that we were able to find a suitable party for this unique space within three months upon instruction.”
The Tetterode complex has been sustainably renovated by the owner, without losing its industrial characteristics. Tenants Gamma, Fit For Free and Diks have also recently been welcomed in the complex, ensuring that the location will once again offer an important function for the city over the coming years.
AFIMA was advised by Savills. Bouldermuur was advised by Spring Real Estate.
