The new headquarters, Station 84, is currently being renovated after the acquisition from B&C France. Station 84 comprises 4,600 sq m of work and service spaces divided into three buildings, focused around landscaped courtyards. The building also benefits from green terraces and patios, as well as a balcony on the top floor offering a panoramic view of the capital.
Located in the heart of a new development district, connected to all strategic points in Paris (both by road and public transport), this new hybrid space was designed to promote the well-being and creativity of its occupants.
Boris Cappelle comments: "Our multidisciplinary project team, Tenant Rep, Capital Markets and Building & Project Consultancy, is proud to have been able to support Médecins de Monde. The two-fold operation will allow this humanitarian association to benefit from a new headquarters in their image in a new neighbourhood in full development. We would like to thank all the Médecins du Monde teams for their trust.”
B&C France was advised by law firm Notaridge and JLL on the sale of the Station 84 building.
