The 4,200 sq m office is let to 3M Belgium on a 10-year lease and boasts around 200 underground parking spaces. The building was custom built for the technology company who moved into the premises in 2020. The space forms part of a bigger 7ha business park development called Park 7, of which a second building of 16,000 sq m is also currently under development.
